The Parish Pastoral Council serves as consultative council for the Pastor to oversee the pastoral mission of Our Lady of the Lake Parish. It is comprised of capable individuals who represent a broad cross-section of our parish community. Members are selected using a process of discernment in the fall of each year for a three-year term that begins with Advent.
Meetings are once a month at the parish rectory. The meeting dates and agendas are posted in the parish bulletin, on the church kiosk and on this website. They are open to all parishioners.
Prior to each Council Meeting, each member of the staff prepares written reports distributed in advance to each Council member. These reports are brief accounts of the current activities of the ministries and groups with which they are involved. The purpose of these reports is to help set the ministerial context within which any other conversation
with Council takes place.
