Hidden off of East 191st Street off of Euclid Avenue is a special place that very few people are aware of – The Euclid Adult Activity Center.  The Center is one of eight provided by the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities to serve adults with a variety of disabilities. Volunteers from Our Lady of the Lake have been involved with the Center in a variety of ways:  we run a monthly snack bar to help raise funds for special events, we assist with the annual summer picnic and Christmas Party and our Youth Group provides a fun field day for our friends at the Center.

The Staff at the Center has encouraged Our Lady of the Lake to find ways that their consumers can be of service to us as well!  We are happy to have their help stuffing flyers in bulletins and preparing promotional packets. We continue to look for ways for our relationship to grow.  If you have any talents in music or arts/crafts, there are many opportunties to share those gifts.  The simple gift of presence is also appreciated.  If you would like to take a tour of the center and consider being involved, please contact Dana Heil.
